We have made progress with issues affecting our ccog.org and other sites, as well as cogwriter.com. But we are not completely finished yet.
As mentioned last week, Satan does not want us to proclaim all the truths that we do and has his minions affect us in many negative ways (Ephesians 6:12).
Another Fraudster
On Tuesday, we received an email from www.Anedot.com asking if we authorized anyone to collect money on behalf of the Continuing Church of God with them.
I said we were unaware of such, and they sent me an email that someone who claimed to be:
Peter Kotschedoff set up the account under the email churchofgodcontinuing@gmail.com.
So, I told Anedot no, we do not have anyone named Peter Kotschedoff, and no, he was not authorized to set up an account at Anedot.com. So they closed that account on Wednesday.
Anedot.com is some type of a donation website, and apparently some thief (we are not sure if the name Peter Kotschedoff is real) felt his/her covetousness was more important than supporting the end time Philadelphian work and assisting the poor, widows, orphans, and hungry.
The Apostle Paul warned:
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, …
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. …
13 … evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. (2 Timothy 3:1-2,5, 13, KJV)
Satan wants to stop us from leading the final phase of the work as the Philadelphian remnant of the Church of God.

Some have sent checks, others cash, and others money orders. We also accept bank transfers. We also do have a way to accept donations via VISA/MasterCard/Discover which is directly or indirectly through PayPal (which can handle many major credit cards). PayPal is a major way that many use to send donations.

I am very happy to report that we continue to have Sabbath services in Dzaleka. This group of people is understanding God’s way now. We learned why the name “Church of God”. They sending thier greetings to you all brethren. We really know that God is with us and Is going to use us to accomplish Mat. 24:14 here in Dzaleka.

The distribution of food has gone well
What I did was to share the funds into zones namely

Since the assistance couldn’t reach all the brethren in need so what we did was to choose few brethren from every congregation and give them .
We did this to avoid church confusion that some congregation haven’t been assisted but everything went well and perfect

Dr Bob get to know that ccog is growing and God is opening more doors for the gospel to be preaching
This week I was meeting a certain church which at first they were keeping Sabbath under the True Jesus church but after hearing about ccog teachings they want to join us. Before they join us am going their twice a week starting from last week to teach them and I will give you the whole information when I finish with them
Another progress is about the brethren in Dzaleka refugee camp. I failed to visit them this week because the funds the church support me was not enough because of the rise of fuel with 40 percentage so I failed but if all goes well am planning to visit them next week and I have told brother Augustine about that.
As it is near to Zambia border I have plans to reach and search for brethren whom at one time they were with us but because of the death of our leader in Zambia everything collapse but I have the heart for Zambia
Pastor Bob and Evans please pray for me and the brethren both Malawi and Mozambique churches always because the work is becoming big every time despite opposition from accuser of the brethren

Address Change
While we have NOT moved our Grover Beach, California office, since we may sometime in the future, we decided to acquire a post office box and use that for our mailing address.
This is similar to what the old Worldwide Church of God did for donations.
Anyway, the main reason for doing this is to have the post office box address in our books and booklets because people tend to keep them for years. And because it is probable that we will not remain at 1036 W. Grand Ave, Grover Beach, CA 93433, it seems better to use a post office box.
So, the mailing address for that box is:

Those outside the United States should add “USA” below the last line above.
That said, our telephone number (1 805-574-1818) has not changed, and if we do move, it is likely we will be able to keep the same telephone number for the CCOG.

World News Items
There was another protestor killed in Minneapolis last week (see Armed protester shot dead by federal border patrol agent in Minneapolis). There continues to be more divide in the USA (cf. Matthew 12:25).
While Canada’s Prime Minister, Mark Carney, still has major issues with the USA, he appeared to cave under pressure from the Trump Administration related to a potential trade deal with China (see For at least the third time in a year, Canada looks to bend its knee to the US on trade). Canada is in a difficult spot, and like many other nations, has had to endure bullying from the Trump Administration.
In Germany, they are also concerned about bullying tactics. One move, that more are calling for, is for German gold that is stored in the USA be returned to Germany for storage because of distrust of the USA (see More calling for Germany to repatriate its gold from the US). The Trump Administration is pushing allies to become enemies, consistent with Lamentations 1:1-2.
The Europeans and the government of India made what is called “the mother of all deals” (see EU makes ‘mother of all deals’ with India–another step to become ‘Babylon the Great’ for trade?). Babylon the Great is forming.
In religious news, yesterday, the Church of England ended up installing Sarah Mullally as the Archbishop of Canterbury (see Continuing to violate scripture, the Church of England installs Sarah Mullally as its leader). Related to Sarah Mullally, when she was selected as the next Archbishop of Canterbury last Fall, we put out the following video:

Sarah Mullally Archbishop?
The Church of England, the Anglican Church, has announced a new Archbishop of Canterbury. And that Archbishop is Sarah Mullally. Is this appointment endorsed by the God of the Bible? How can you tell? Is there any difference between the required qualifications of an endorsement from God Almighty and leaders in the world, like Keir Starmer and King Charles III? Would the actions and beliefs of Ms. Mullally point to biblical Christianity or not? Are Ms. Mullally’s beliefs consistent with the revealed commands of the Most High God of the Bible? Do they even agree with the New Revised Standard Version, which is the Bible that the Church of England uses? What does it say about women, bishops, and preaching? What about the apparel of the Church of England and its American branch, the Episcopalians? Could their clothing actually point to the god of their faith? And what about the title “Right Reverend,” is that appropriate for a Christian leader? The answers to these questions are found in the pages of your Bible. Watch this video as Dr. Thiel uses the Bible to quote the verses that answer these tough questions. The answers may surprise you. In fact, the answers may surprise many of the Protestant faith. Nevertheless, they are the answers that God has written for our admonition.

The Bible clearly does not endorse female bishops, but the Church of England does not care about that. Yet, Jesus said we are to live by every word of God (cf. Matthew 4:4).
Concluding Comments
The Apostle Paul wrote:
3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. (1 Thessalonians 5:3-11)
Brethren, despite the words we get from the politicians and the press, we can rely on the word of God.
We are to live soberly “to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.”
Therefore, we should comfort and edify each other as Philadelphian Christian, which is what we should be doing.
