Book of Acts 1-2: Jesus Left, New Testament Church Began

When was the Book of Acts written? Should you rely on Wikipedia? Who seems to have written the Book of Acts? Did Jesus speak of the kingdom of God after He was resurrected? What did Jesus tell the apostles to do? Does the true Church still cast lots? How many were faithful to Jesus 50 days after His resurrection? Did the apostles and devout Jews have misunderstandings about the Messiah? When did the New Testament church start? What happened on Pentecost? What Holy Days did early Christians keep? Does the Continuing Church of God teach the same doctrines that the early Christians did? Will we see things ‘in common’ in the future? Dr. Thiel reads each verse of chapters 1 and 2 of the Book of Acts and answers these questions and more.
